The ‘Großer Wagner’ is our 128 square meter gallery apartment, perfect for those who love something extraordinary and spacious. This two-story apartment is ideal for guests seeking an exclusive stay in Bayreuth.

It can be extended by connecting to the ‘Kleiner Wagner‘ apartment through a connecting door.

On the lower level, the cozy living area invites relaxation with its large smart TV, a sofa bed (sleeping area 140×200 cm), armchairs, a coffee table, and a carpet. This setup creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying leisure time. The adjoining open, modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge. There’s also an additional fridge for wine/champagne and a large dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 people.

The bright, spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The toilet with a sink is separate.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. A laundry chute leads directly to the gallery bedroom.

The open staircase to the upper gallery adds a special charm to the apartment.

The gallery features a 180×200 cm box spring bed, a desk, and a flat-screen TV.

The apartment has a generous terrace with comfortable seating and a sun umbrella, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings of the Dammallee and nearby historic buildings.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a view of the inner courtyard and the Dammallee.
